ROSES ARE BARE–ROOT AND WINTER PRUNED GUARANTEE

Our aim is to provide you with wonderful healthy roses. Occasionally though, as with all living things , problems can occur. If there is something wrong with your rose when you receive it, e.g. a branch is broken; please phone us as soon as possible. If it does not grow at all and you have followed our planting instructions to the letter; we will replace it free of charge. Occasionally the wrong variety of rose is delivered. Please let us know as soon as you notice this problem and we shall arrange to send you the correct rose as soon as possible. All our roses are grown for a full 2 years. However, where a variety has been very popular and we may have sold out of 2 year olds, we will substitute the same variety for a one year old.

WHEN TO EXPECT YOUR ROSES AND DAHLIAS.

We have a fortnightly orders/despatch cycle. Orders are delivered in turn from the date they are received and paid for. Deliveries are made once every 14 days as orders are received. The fortnightly despatch dates start from the first week in July. The final rose deliveries are despatched the last week in August. For all goods other than roses allow 10 working days for delivery. 

Dahlias are mailed as loose rooted bulbs, and are available for delivery between August and end of November.

Deliveries to Western Australia , N Territory, Queensland and Tasmania are subject to Australian Quarantine requirements and as such deliveries may take up to 5 days longer.

PACKAGING METHOD & RETURNS

Roses travel around Australia via Australia Post extremely well. They can last up to 3 weeks in our packaging. They are wrapped in plastic bag with moist sawdust to keep them hydrated. We have planted roses after 4 weeks in this packaging and still had success with the roses. Dahlias can lie dormant for up to 3 months. Follow the planting instructions in the box upon its arrival. If goods arrive damaged they can be returned within 7 business days and a full refund shall be given. Cancellation of any customer orders is possible until the goods have been mailed. A full refund shall be given under these circumstances.

PAYMENT TERMS

All roses and product must be paid for in full before despatch. Please note, credit card payments are charged at the time of ordering.
